The longest greenway in Charlotte, Mallard/Clark's Creek Greenway, stretching more than 7.40 miles runs through the center of our beautiful neighborhood, leading directly onto the UNCC campus. Downtown Charlotte is a quick commute via 77 or 85 or the Lynx Blue Line train from UNCC to downtown. Crime Watch Please remember to report any suspicious behavior you see in the neighborhood to the police. Posting on Nextdoor or Facebook will not get action from the police. If you have neighborhood concerns, please report this to Community Association Management, so that there is a record of the concern. |
2026 Summer Pool Hours The Wellington Pool will be open May 23rd to September 7th. The pool is opening on Saturday May 23rd at 10:00am. 5/23-6/3 Memorial Day, 10am-8pm Saturday, 10am-9pm Sunday, 12pm-8pm M-Th, 4pm-8pm Friday, 4pm-9pm 6/4-6/7 Saturday, 10am-9pm Sunday, 12pm-8pm M-F, 4pm-8pm 6/8-8/23 Saturday 10am-9pm Sunday 12pm-8pm M-Th 10am-8pm Friday 10am-9pm Adult only lap swimming 7:30am-9am on Tuesday/Thursday 8/24-9/7 Saturday 10am-9pm Sunday 12pm-8pm M-F 4pm-7pm Labor Day 10am-8pm (last day the pool is open) Pool closes early for home swim meets: 6/2, 6/4, 6/11, 6/16 Swim Team Practice: Lap lanes are closed during swim team practice after Memorial Day through the month of June, (5/26-6/10, M-F 5-7:30pm and 6/11-6/26, M-F 8:30am-11am) (Lap lanes are still open for adult only lap swimming Tues/Thurs mornings) 6/20 adult only night pool party 9-11pm 7/11 all ages night pool party 9-11pm 8/8 all ages night pool party 9-11pm |
