    Bucksville Oaks Property Association Minutes

    March 3, 2026

    Attendance:

    Paul Cheddar – President

    Jack Schubert-Treasure

    Peter Bourey- Vice President

    Ron Laws – Member at large

    Sherry Noll – Secretary

    John Wolf and Elaine Huggins - ARC Members,

    The next ANNUAL meeting will tentatively be held on May 2nd at 11 am at the pool house.  Further information will follow.

    The pool will officially be open on April 4th  for our community to enjoy.

    Discussions were as followed:

    1)       Residence who are having trouble with the new HOA dues amount of $85.00 being withdrawn, it was suggested that if you have bill pay through your bank, to edit the amount of the bill at your bank.   If you are using direct withdrawal through HOA, the correct amount should be already adjusted to the $85.00 per month.

    2)       The option of adding speed bumps to our roads to help with traffic concerns in our community.  Elaine will follow up to see if it is possible and any possible costs.

    3)       Additional information about Spectrum coming in laying their fiber optic lines, that work should begin the end of this  month.  For those residence that are interested it will give our  community another option for internet.

    4)       ADT has informed us that our current access system for the pool will be obsolete as of April 30th,  a new panel will be installed that allows an upgrade to our system.  Paul will stay in contact with ADT to find out costs and when the new panel can be installed.

    REVIEWED and AGREED on:

    Amendment to article 5 section 5.04,

    1)        we need make add, to approved materials to include “stacked stone” as an option for the front of the houses in our community.

    2)       Under roofing, we need to add, to acceptable materials, to include metal roofing that has the look of shingles. NO flat metal sheeting allowed.

    3)       Amendment to section 5.19

    1)       Discussed and agreed, Guidelines for those that want to add a shed/outbuilding to their property.  There will not be any fee for those residence who don’t want a shed/outbuilding.
