To turn on natural gas service at your home, you'll need to provide:
- Complete address
- Social Security number (you and spouse)*
- Driver's license number (proof of ID may be required)
- Current occupant name or meter number if service is already active
* Complete the Identity Verification Form if you do not wish to give out your social security number online or by phone.
