  • Exterior Maintenance
    Dear Homeowners,
    Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our community is a shared responsibility that directly impacts our collective property values. To ensure Adams Point remains a premier place to live, the Board of Directors and the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) would like to share the following reminders regarding exterior upkeep.
    Exterior Maintenance Expectations
    In recent months, we have noted several properties that require attention. We kindly ask all residents to inspect their homes for the following:
    • Painting & Trim: Addressing peeling, fading, or chipped paint on siding, trim, and shutters.
    • Pressure Washing: Removing mildew, algae, or dirt buildup from siding, driveways, and sidewalks.
    • General Repairs: Ensuring exterior fixtures, fences, and trim are in good structural condition.
    Please remember that any changes to your home’s exterior color or material requires formal ARC approval before work commences.  This process ensures that all updates align with our community’s established standards and approved color palettes.
    • Existing Colors: Even if you are repainting using the exact same colors, a quick notification/application to the ARC is required to keep your property file up to date.
    • New Colors: ARC approvals for new color schemes must be submitted via the HOA Portal for review.
    We encourage homeowners to schedule necessary maintenance over the coming months.
