AMENITY REGISTRATION & RELEASE
To access Adams Point amenities, you must complete the annual registration and release form by logging into your account online and clicking the menu header "Community Information".
The Adams Point pool is open to RESIDENTS ONLY and attendees receive authorized access via their Key Fob.
Guests will be assigned a disposable wristband for the day of attendance. Residents are to accompany their guest at all times.
Please provide the number shown on your key fob so that it can be activated when the pool opens. Your individual fob will not be activated until you have acknowledged the pool rules and provided the fob number.

• Access to your account transaction history in real-time.
• Create, modify and view up to date ARC request information and Work Orders in real-time.
• A directory listing for Homeowners, clubs, committees, teams, etc.
• View your neighborhoods upcoming events in the calendar section.
• Send emails directly to your association board and management company through your personal message center.
Online Payments
To make your payments online, please login to your homeowner account. (if you have not logged on before, please click on the register button and follow the instructions to obtain a username and password). Once you have registered online, please select the "Pay Assessments" button.
