Toxaway Views Homeowners Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation registered with the State and managed by a duly elected Board of Directors. Our purpose is to maintain all common areas and govern the community in accordance with our legal documents: CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation. These documents can be viewed or downloaded from the document library on our website. The association is financially supported by all its members, with membership being both automatic and mandatory.

Our Homeowner's Association is governed by a Board of Directors, a body of volunteers from within your community who are elected by homeowners. The Board is responsible for making all decisions regarding the management and operations of the association. The powers and limitations of the Board are outlined in our governing documents, which can be found in the Document Library on our website. You can view a list of current board members in the directory under the Community Information menu.

The Bylaws are the guidelines for operating the non-profit corporation. They define the duties of the Board's various offices, the terms of the Directors, the membership’s voting rights, required meetings and notices, and the principal office of the Association. These and other operational guidelines are necessary to run the Association as a business. The Bylaws can be viewed online in the Document Library under the Community Information menu.
