Residents whom would like to attend or speak at a monthly Board Meetings are encouraged to contact CAM to get on the next months agenda.
The Board will schedule some time (~10 minutes or so) at the beginning of the meeting to "meet & greet", for questions/answers, etc.
The remainder of the Board Meeting is closed to respect other residents privacy in discussing ongoing concerns.
