Report a Streetlight/Outdoor Light Outage

Duke Energy maintains numerous outdoor lights to help promote safety and security in public areas.  The streetlights in our neighborhood are NOT maintained by the HOA.

If there is a hazardous condition such as a wire hanging low or lying on the ground, please call Duke Energy immediately at 1-800-777-9898.

The first rule of safety is do not touch a power line or anything touching a power line, such as tree limbs, tools and toys. Even power lines that have fallen may be dangerous and should not be moved or disturbed.

You will need to provide the pole number in your request or mark the pole in some way so they can locate the exact light that is out.
