Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting occurs in October of each year. At that time, officers are elected and general HOA issues are discussed. If you have any questions regarding this meeting, please contact your HOA Board at lcmhoaboard@gmail.com.

Annual Dues

Annual Dues ($200) must be paid no later than January 31st. If you have any difficulty paying your dues, please reach out to Community Association Management as soon as possible.
