Online Payments

To make your payments online, please login to your homeowner account. (if you have not logged on before, please click on the register button and follow the instructions to obtain a username and password). Once you have registered online, please select the "Pay Assessments" button.

October 2025 - Board Meeting and FEMA Update

The next High Hickory Board meeting is scheduled for November 18th at 1 PM. If you wish to discuss an issue with the Board please send a note to Communications@HighHickory.org. We will allocate 15 minutes for you at the start of the meeting.

If the 1 PM start time is not possible for your, please let us know and we will arrange another time.

Residents who applied to FEMA for assistance to repair our roads have started to receive FEMA awards. FEMA has not share the total of the awards with us - so the total award is still unknown. From what has been awarded so far is is well into a six figure award. We are working with CAM to find an easy way to move the money from individual resident account to a High Hickory HOA account.
